• Tell us if you wish to proceed and we will—
• Send you a booking form
• Call you to discuss flight options, then we will:
• Select the best travel cage option.
• Book your pet on the Airline of choice

For Domestic Flights, we will:

• Arrange our team member to meet you at the airport
• Fix the required labels and meet security requirements
• Have your pet safely secured in the airconditioned and pressurised section of the aircraft.

For International Flights we will:

• Arrange veterinary inspections
• Complete Export Certifications.
• Complete all international paperwork
• Fix the required labels and meet security requirements.
• Have your pet safely secured in the airconditioned and pressurised section of the aircraft. Advise the Captain of your pet being on his aircraft.
• Forward all documents to the destination authorities.
